librewolf (my primary browser)
waterfox
vivaldi (hard to tell how private they are on account of being partially proprietary but they've come against ai so worth a mention)
ungoogled chromium
firefox esr (not to be confused with regular firefox which has ai)
mullvad browser (based on tor browser but meant for vpn users by one of the most private vpn companies mullvad)
search engines:
searxng
wiby

you know you can already disable the ai stuff in firefox using about:config right
admittedly i wish they had this on the settings page instead to make it easier for the average user
