Yes both the menu and music are Frutiger Aero imo (the soundtrack can be also considered as Technozen too I think, but Technozen is a branch of FA), in fact I consider the 3DS and WiiU as one of the peak medias of the Frutiger Aero aesthetic

Frutiger Aero because of the glassy icons, bubbly glossy buttons, the system music is also iconic.

I'm not sure about this, but I think that there are some FA aesthetic but with this we also have some experiments from the 3DS developers. I really like it.

By the way, Windows 7 can also be considered a Fruitieger Aero, Samsung also has a theme for Windows 7 similar to Fruitieger Aero.
