Yes I do that but with Minesweeper or Pinball, because I never learned to play Solitaire.0of64 wrote: Sun Nov 23, 2025 12:45 amDoes anybody else install an old Windows OS just to play solitaire or is it just me-

Assuming you're playing it regularly (Klondike),Daniele63 wrote: Sun Nov 23, 2025 12:55 amYes I do that but with Minesweeper or Pinball, because I never learned to play Solitaire.
You stack the cards on the bottom alternating between black and red, and from K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, A.
So in the columns of cards at the bottom lets say for example you have a red K, you then put a black Q on top, then a red J on top, and so on.
You move a card from 1 column to another, and all the cards on top of that card if any. You can also start a new column in a blank space if you have a king.
There are also 4 slots in the top right. You have to put all cards of the same suite (Symbol, such as heart, diamond, club, spades), and in order of A, 2 , 3, 4, 5, all the way up to K. (The reverse order of the columns at the bottom.)
This all SOUNDS really confusing, but it's actually really simple once you see how it's supposed to be played.
