First time customizing Linux

This will my first time really trying to customise linux a bi. Themes are a bit mix and matched rn but I'm mostly going for a Neon Noir/synthwave Aesthetic.

*notes the window glows and has some color. it's just deselected when I took the screenshot*

KDE plasma 6. Not sure what the exact version is but its the one that ships with norbara.
