hi all! i'm a gal in her late 20s and found this site when looking for nostalgia-inducing wallpapers for my new laptop. i was thrilled to see there's an active forum community on here, i haven't seen one in at least a decade or more (not that i've gone looking for them). i am so happy i stumbled upon this and love that there's people out there who still enjoy this form of the internet. i wish we could go back to it full time and permanently.
i love this site and am so happy these beautiful aesthetics have been archived. some of these images i truly thought were lost to time and only existed in the corners of my mind that i can barely reach and will eventually be too inflexible to reach as i continue to age. now i get to look at them whenever and i am grateful!
Welcome! Surprisingly there are still a lot of forums that are active, we just don't look for them anymore like in the old days, and the search algorithms tend to prioritize other places like Reddit. Thank you for liking my site, I hope you'll hang around here more in the future.
