this is a collection of windows 7 .themepack files from the microsoft site, along with other themes from other sites. bing-related themes are excluded.
keep in mind there are some .deskthemepack files in this list, they are marked as *. such files can only be used in windows 8/8.1. if you want to use them in windows 7, use this tool. themes with custom sounds are marked as frutigerarchivelogo .
if you found any windows 7 themes, please reply with the download link, i'll add them here.

as soon as i get my laptop im adding that beaches theme.. until its winter and the theme saddens me lol.
