I tried to do it with librewolf too but it didn't work.
a desktop layout based vaguely on windows 7, with the oxylite icon pack, a purple glass titlebar, a glass/transparent taskbar, and a firefox browser with the old chrome tabs/icons & an animated sakura tree theme

I used:
www.gnome-look.org/p/1012735/ with the panel set to a transparent "solid color"
and
www.xfce-look.org/p/1016331 (particularly the violet theme)
