Win2XCur: A Tool For Converting Cursor Files

I found this program, win2xcur. It's a program for converting ani & cur file types into xcur, so you can use cursor themes meant for Windows on Linux.
There's also x2wincur, program for converting Linux cursors to Windows ones.
