That layout is pretty cool, but you also gotta think of when someone resizes the page also (the word is make it "responsive").

making this usable for phone users is impossible.. i guess its a skill isue 4 them

It's not impossible, you just need to use media querries.

That can be your full screen layout, then once the user makes the page smaller you can make the jacked up guy and song of the week thing collapse underneath the "latest blog" part.
