Frutiger Metro with A Triangle As The Center Piece

I saw this when viewing a performance of "Kids" by MGMT from 2010 and saw this. I don't think I've seen a Frutiger Metro/Vectordelia piece with a triangle -or any other polygon- before. Has anyone seen anything similar?
