OS-tans as desktop pets / Windows gadgets?

i've seen the OS-tans on the Archive, and fallen in love a bit. are there interactable versions of that concept? little anime girls that take care of or watch over tasks on my computer -- or even just smile and wave when i mouse over them? i already have two Mikus. i want a ME-tan.
