The global theme is Curved Volitale & icon pack is Oxylite, but I might change it because it doesn't seem to cover as many programs in KDE.

Update again:
I had to delete the VM because it was slowing down the rest of my computer. I still have the Windows XP one though.

yeah, i used gnome boxes which has that as a setting because my friend recommended it to me after i wasn't sure what the hardware requirements were for debian. since gnome boxes autodetects the minimum hardware requirements. but the downside is that i turned that on...

I'd use Boxes if it didn't tell me I have no KVM, regardless of if it's the Flatpak version or not, because I have Virtualization turned on, and Vitrualbox works completely fine.
