Cinnamon Theme for Blender

(This is not related to Cinnamon, the Desktop Environment!)

For a year or two, I've just had a custom theme I made when I used Blender. Nothing Special.
5.0.0 comes out, and it's broken.
I fixed it up, and also decided to release it.
