On the PC version of the forum, when you create a new thread or quote a message in a thread, you can add an image by clicking on this little icon (circled in blue)

It will open a new little window, and you can add the URL of your image here. And you image will then appear on your post
You can also add an alt text if you wish too
If your image is oversized, you can resize it with using this instead, on the BBcode tab :
[img src="URL OF YOUR IMAGE" style="height: VALUE px; width: VALUE px;"]
In VALUE, you add the size in pixels you want your image to be resized (for example height: 100px; width: 150px)

On the mobile version of the forum, I checked quickly but it doesn't seem you can add image easily, there is no option for it
