PSN Avatars Added Back
Added back the PSN avatars from the old forum, you can now select one by going to
User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Avatar > Avatar type: Gallery Avatar > Category: PSN and press on "Go".

I enabled file attachments for images & audio files, limited to 1MiB for now.
For images it will generate thumbnails automatically, so you can click them to view full size.
Press on "Attachments" next to Options when you are writing a post to add one.
You can also press on "Place inline" to use it ...

I was gonna try this out with some videos I have saved, but apparently, it doesn't allow for video files and is limited to 1 mb.

- Added a scroll box on the Smilies that are on the right when you are writing a post
- When you are writing a post and close your window accidentally your post will be saved in local storage so you don't lose it
