Cool site I found while looking for images, I don't know how old it is exactly (I think 2004 but not sure) it has a flash widget on it so ... Yeah. I'm surprised that it's still running honestly, the forum and chat buttons don't work anymore though.

also!!! http://neskaya.net/avatars.php has some anime avatars, but also cute emojis, pixels, textures, templates for buttons/icons, etc!! i love everything on there sm. also https://www.picmix.com/stamp has a good selection of modern anime gifs/images, you just need to download directly because otherwise there is a watermark.
