Does anyone know how to recreate gifs, ads and old buttons from those old geocity conspiracy theory websites? I'm trying to fix my websites but it really does not seem to give off that strange, dark and grungy oddball vibe.

Any other kind of aesthetic tip is fine but i'm really going for the wacky guy online vibe (in general and for my own original story ) i'm a noob at coding too so please be patient!
