This Forum on Windows Vista!!!

I installed Windows Vista on my Dell XPS M1330! It was hard enough as I had to install drivers, and Vista was unactivated so I literally had to do the phone activation (which worked!!!) Then, I installed Vista SP2 and put the Supermium setup onto a USB drive which I then plugged in and installed on the laptop which is how I am writing this now!

hehe, nice! did you get it online through ethernet, or wi-fi drivers?
(side note: does the RSS feed sidebar gadget still work?)

Believe it or not, I didn't need to install any Wi-Fi drivers, the wireless card in the laptop just worked straight away!

Also, Vista is the OS that would have came with this laptop from the factory!

Whoaaa that's cool!!! Always wanted to try doing something like this with a virtual machine, doing it on real hardware is some commitment
