Azumanga Daioh

I have it in DVD and manga form, I also really liked Yotsuba! by the same author Kiyohiko Azuma.

K-ON!

I really love the songs of this anime, which follows a high-school music band.

Non Non Biyori

I loved this anime for the decors, the nature, and how relaxing it is. It's a slice of life story in the countryside.

That one Final Fantasy 7 anime where Zack was still alive and Cloud chops Sephiroth in half in nibleheim.

Interstella 5555, Kiki's Delivery Service, Moomin. I also like what I've seen of Bocchi the Rock, and the vibes of waking up at 3 am to the middle of Galaxy Express 999 or Captain Harlock are unmatched
