any tips for the profile pic thing where it has to be certain pixels etc?? like where do i find pics like that

The avatar size is 1024 pixels maximum, you can add the picture you want, or choosing one from the default forum icons (it's mostly MSN/Windows Live Messenger icons). If you're looking for already existing icons/avatars from 2010s, here's a selection :
