Honestly most or all themes from the Cinnamon Add/Remove tab aren't that good :\
An actual good theme that Cinnamon seems to support is Dark Cold, which is Darkcold-gtk-theme in the Linux Mint Software manager

there's already a built-in theme for linux mint called Mint-X, go to settings > themes > click on "Mint-Y" then select "Mint-X"

I mean I already knew about Mint-Y and Mint-X. But those are probably better than this one. So I recommend people check them out as well.
