Win7-like Full Glass Theme for Open Shell on Windows

When I was still on Windows 10, I used to use this theme. I suggest looking through the old classic shell forums for skins.windows 7 start menus in green & blue but with a fully aero glass theme, glass blur, and the option of a white submenu
