The forum posts are still alive at https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/promotion ... d-p/193186, however, the dropbox link containing the download (https://www.dropbox.com/s/hq8o8s6fora226z/activity.zip) is dead.
I highly doubt this file is available on the internet anymore, and you would probably have to contact someone who interacted with the thread and see if they have it sitting on their ancient computer; or even contact OP.

This video does already include the animation in quite good quality to be honest... You could probably rip the video and extract a PNG sequence from it and use that instead and it'll be not too far off from the raw.
