how did i do it? using nostalgic tweaks (changed some text in game) as well as Programmer Art Continuation Project texture pack and also vanilla tweaks

Updated it a bit:

changed the default icon to the old crafting table,
Now using Nostalgia+ texture pack instead of three different texture packs,
the menu Isn't accurate like there's texture packs instead of realms button! (without using FancyMenu mod but whatever)...
also nostalgic tweaks is used but i changed it a bit.
as well as Pre-1.13 Font texture pack
and also c418 music only texture pack

hey sorry if this is a bit random, but how did you get the translucent windows? i feel like i've been looking forever for a theme that makes the windows look like windows 7's but i can't find anything X(

This is such a vibe lol. I remember playing version 1.5.2 on my mom's cheap laptop ages ago and it ran so bad, also that was when I discovered the game had beings other than the player, which shocked me at the time.
