Here are some suggestions I've thought of:
I would likely make it a 3D open-world type game (A bit more exploration-based as well.) I'd also recommend a constructive kind of gameplay where you can both create and explore in, with both online and local servers, highly customizable characters and chat to make the game feel more malleable. That's what people are typically into when looking for a Frutiger Aero game.
As for more specific things, depending on how you want the game to be made, I would recommend you make both cityscapes and countryside based on popular Frutiger aero images. You could also make smaller tasks for the users to do in a calm but occupying way, giving them small rewards. You could also open little shops and such to make the users feel a sense of choice with what they get.
Another important factor is graphics, this one's tricky because of various computers and monitors, and that's why I'd make a high-graphics version for modern computers along with a lower quality graphics for people with less advanced computers.
Of course these are all suggestions based on the current marketing of similar games, but if you have a better idea, then don't listen to me and just go with yours.
