Minecraft Server

Does anyone here play Minecraft? Haven't played in a while but I kinda want to play it again... I think it could be cool to have a server on some old version of the game, what do you think?

Not a bad idea, In honesty I haven't played the game in awhile and when I do I don't play much. But people here might like it, if you want an old version of Minecraft I recommend Beta 1.7.3

i donât see why not. i havenât played minecraft in a long time, and i donât have a modern PC anymore (just an iPad and XP), but i see no reason not to make a server and build on our social group

That would be a good idea. I would definitely spend some time on it from time to time.

Okay, I gotta do some research on how to set it up, I'm thinking of a simple vanilla survival server

Maybe I'll add a link on the sidebar, anyways I'm struggling to find hosting that supports beta versions.

i suppose thatâs quite a hurdle: how to run a minecraft server on a version thatâs a decade old?
