in short i hate this song since it's used on every video that is just OMG SO RETRO 2000S Y2K NOSTALGIA MP3 NEW 3DS XL PSP INCELCORE OLDER BROTHER RETRO (and that always throw shit to minimalism like its the worst thing humans created)
well, I don't hate this song, buuut doesn't sound "frutiger aero," or even like a parody of it, it's more like a "throwback hits only 90’s kids remember!" video you'd see, it's just like EVERY OTHER basic nostalgia track I've ever heard, no hate to who made it, but it's a weak A E S T H E T I C
and uhh... sorry, I still suck at writing without coming off as forced

Yk what also pisssed me off, when motherfuckers thought that lotus waters (A YUME 2KKI OST,banger yume nikki fangame btw) was a fucking frutiger aero song (okay maybe it does have that vibe but jesus thats not the exact vibe ive had when i first played yume 2kki before the ost got popular) and the sped up versions were godawful maybe this is my boomer take i may sound too judgemental but like ive mentioned before i hate when aesthetics get overused by boring ass people

As everyone else has said, "aquatic ambience", "LEASE" etc have been heavily overused. What I think would be a very good candidate for "Frutiger" music is ambient artist Hiroshi Yoshimura. Despite his music dating from the 80s/90s, they all have an airy, serene and "sleek" sound that would fit very well with Frutiger Aero.

They've seriously become the Mariah Carey of all FA songs. Overplayed to hell and back.
