i've been addicted to 10 minutes till dawn lately, but i'd have to say the FNaF series. The games are cool, but i'm really more interested in the lore. Even if the series just started bc someone told Scott his kid's game was creepy, I think the lore is really interesting. it's well written and makes you go down a rabbit hole, playing the games over and over to see if you missed anything. it's fun trying to figure out puzzles and put the pieces together, when every little detail matters.

In my opinion, the best game to me is Super Mario 64 on the N64. Everything about that game is just so much fun and the freedom to tackle the game in any way you want is so addicting. Some say its controls are dated, I say the controls are perfectly fine. It takes a little bit of learning but once you get a hang of Mario's movement, it's the most rewarding experience you'll ever have.

Best fighting game is Super Street Fighter IV.
Best platformer game is LittleBigPlanet 2*
Best MMORPG is Club Penguin Journey
Best music game is DJ Hero**


*would be original LittleBigPlanet if the stupid wedding reception level didnt exist
