Used to sleep at most 4 hours for about 2 years, but ive finally gotten into a semi decent sleep schedule.
Remember to cut off things if they will prevent you from sleeping enough.

Got a similar problem with my mom, she refuses to google any of her IT problems or doubts, literally spending hours clicking random menus instead of just google how to remove the blank page in google docs.lakes wrote: Sun Nov 09, 2025 9:02 pm i had to help my computer illiterate mom with her new laptop. the IT people fixed the wifi issue by using a recovery point but apparently she doesn't know how to log into her email, she thinks you search the email address in THE START MENU (not even the address bar) and she won't listen to me when i tried telling her otherwise
