Yes both the menu and music are Frutiger Aero imo (the soundtrack can be also considered as Technozen too I think, but Technozen is a branch of FA), in fact I consider the 3DS and WiiU as one of the peak medias of the Frutiger Aero aesthetic

The Wii U 100% is FA. It's glossy, has rounded corners and feels human

The music is but i think the 3DS menu is again skeuomorphic/postmorphic

I'm not sure about this, but I think that there are some FA aesthetic but with this we also have some experiments from the 3DS developers. I really like it.

By the way, Windows 7 can also be considered a Fruitieger Aero, Samsung also has a theme for Windows 7 similar to Fruitieger Aero.
