outside of lava lamps im not sure how many physical things there are but the videogame Mirror's Edge has some absolutely amazing dorfic aesthetics. you can get it for cheap at most secondhand videogame stores.

You could get an imac G3 computer in orange, acrylic orange bowls to put oranges in, acrylic orange cups so you could put water or orange soda in. An orange ipod or ipod nano. Other than that, I can't really think too much else on what you could get.

Maybe if you include DIY stuff, getting a bunch of orange acrylic sheets and a heat strip bender could work as you can make cool DORific style chairs.
