(Help wanted) Working on Windows skinning program with Maelstrom

I (designer) and Maelstrom (developer) are working on a program that is intended to replace the Windows shell with a custom theme as shown below:

We plan to theme the taskbar, start menu, context menus, and notifications. At this time we do not plan the window buttons or programs such as file explorer.

Help wanted: Due to the effort needed, I am asking for devs that know Windows API, C/C++, and Qt/QtQuick/QML. Let me know if you can help, and I will DM you the contact info.

(also: it it against the rules to make a help wanted post?)

I know a fair amount of C and C++, and I can learn Qt if needed.
